Games usually help you switch off from your daily troubles. Right Runner is something different.

Made in conjunction with UNICEF, this exciting and thought-provoking auto-runner highlights a worthy cause while delivering an empowering message about human rights for young people.

You begin as a child skateboarding your way through a vibrant island setting. Tap the right side of the screen to jump, keep your finger held down to pull off tricks, or tap left to slide under low walls and kick obstacles out of your way.

Your goal is to collect megaphones to amplify your message, while your talents inspire other young people. Pass by friendly faces and they’ll join your fight for the right to play in safety.

A serious message underlines Right Runner’s engaging, fast-paced play.

Successfully traverse the island and you’ll find yourself racing through a favela to get to school before the bell rings, because every child deserves the right to a good education. Get knocked down and you’ll be taken back a short way, with an uplifting message encouraging you to “never give up”.

Next, you’ll leap across cars and buildings as they’re swept away by a powerful flood. And then you’ll escape a surreal world, full of grasping hands, shadowy faces and stabbing knives: a metaphorical fight for a life free of violence.

By the end, you’re invited to use your voice in a more literal sense. This stirring finale will motivate and inspire young people to fight for change, while learning about their human rights.
