And ChillScape – Sonic Meditation has perfected the notes to do just that. Specific sounds have been found to slow a racing heart, quell high blood pressure and lower your levels of stress hormones. ChillScape has captured these sounds and translated them into short relaxation exercises.
There are two modes: tap New Session, select a length of time and you’ll be instructed to tap the bubbles that pop up on the screen; the combination of the sound, and the focus, is instantaneously calming.
Tap Autoplay and a soothing soundscape will swell in the background even from your device’s lock screen.
Let the programme run on until you’re feeling better. If you’ve set aside a specific segment of time, you can choose the specific duration of your session – then sit back, relax and enjoy the tunes.
