What we love: The app takes a holistic approach, combining the core elements of wellness: good food, movement, mindfulness and sleep. You can, for example, start the day with an invigorating yoga class and find some nutritious (and delicious) recipes to try. Then, before bed, enjoy a soothing meditation or unwind with the Deliciously Ella podcast.

Quick tip: There are some really useful tools here. Get organised for the week ahead with the Meal Planner and add ingredients you need to the Shopping List – then tick them off as you buy them. There’s also a wellness tracker that integrates nicely with Apple Health.

Meet the creator: The app, formally known as Deliciously Ella, was created by British food writer and entrepreneur Eleanor Mills. The brand was created in 2012 when Mills was looking for ways to help manage a recently diagnosed health condition. What began as a personal project to find feel-better foods is now a health and wellbeing empire.
