Sanity & Self’s multiday sessions help you deal with everything from breakups to growing your career.

Create an account and you’ll cue up a personable bot, who’ll ask you a few questions about yourself: such as what you’d like to focus on (fixing a relationship rut, or setting boundaries in your work and personal life).

Then you get the golden ticket: access to a platform overflowing with authoritative content. Listen to audio workshops – like mini motivational speeches – which offer judgement-free advice on getting over an ex, or dealing with loneliness.
