* Added support for the Portuguese language.

* Added the new calculator for US market. It has per damage zone cost table and allows having different prices for different vehicle panels.
* Added manual dent adjustments for Canadian sizes.
* If a correct calculation is not possible due to out-of-range errors in the cost table:
+ Highlight the zone cost label in red.
+ Show an alert with explanations when tapped.
* Case details icons in the PDF report are now displayed in black & white.

* Resolved crash issue when editing adjustments in calculator settings.
