Our daily Check In helps you be mindful, present, calm and build a deeper connection with yourself. A Check In has four elements:
1. Marking: An introspective exercise to mark how you are feeling.
2. Breathing: A breathing exercise to help you catch your breath and take a step back.
3. Mindfulness: A scenic visualisation exercise to help you feel present and in the moment.
4. Journaling: A journaling exercise to help you welcome all your thoughts that you are always too busy to pay attention to.

Pause helps you discover how you have been feeling, reveal overlooked thoughts, understand yourself better and bring perspective.
