False promo code and No free delivery
I got an email newsletter telling that I could use promo code 'NINE' for 25% discount. As I tried to use it, it doesn't work - I saw it on my shopping country website, but its fake.
I usually shop from Georgia and I could use free shipping over years - it was very bad service, constant delays and delivery time took 2 months, but as it was free and usable, I didn't complain. Now you changed it and it costs 25 pound and you never informed us - Product page still shows free worldwide delivery.
I still bought two shoes now and I know if anyone reads my review, they smile - but I was checking those shoes for weeks and decided that I wanted them. But it was last time me shopping at asos - If I had this information when starting the shopping journey, I'd quit.
Sad experience
Very very long delivery time, absolutely wrong estimates. And promo codes dont work.
Never again!
