The single most disgusting food delivery app in Tbilisi as of today. They have the least competent support group I have ever had to interact with in my life.I was charged twice for an order and after claiming the second charge amount would return to my card in a few hours, which did not happen, a day later they said no second charge was applied and I was charged only once. My bank checked and confirmed I was charged twice and ONLY through escalating with my bank was I able to get the money back 30(THIRTY) days later. It is truly embarrassing that a company so incompetent and malicious can be considered one of the leaders in an industry. Save yourself the headache, get literally any other food delivery app, or walk to the venue yourself, it will still be better than this hot piece of garbage ran by a bunch of "sorry can't help" copy/pasters.

Худшее приложение по доставке, ждал заказ 2 часа, так и курьер не доставил заказ мне, а черт его знает что с ним сделал. После того как я это сообщил в тех поддержу они вообще перестали отвечать на сообщения!!! Вопрос в том как вернуть деньги за заказ который я даже не получил?

Заказывал дважды. Первый раз они собирали заказ почти 3 часа, а когда все магазины закрылись, просто отменили заказ. Но и это не самое страшное, когда написал в поддержку с просьбой помочь и разобраться, извинились и сказали что заказ отменен и деньги через пару минут вернуться к Вам. В итоге просто перестали отвечать и реагировать, пытаюсь вернуть деньги через банк. Второй раз в магазине не оказалось всего что указано в заказе. Привезли что было, но заплатил за полный заказ. Итог: техподдержка молчит и игнорируют меня. Пытаюсь так же вернуть через банк.Не советую данный сервис. Потеряете время деньги и нервы.Ordered twice. But this is not the worst thing, when I wrote to support with a request to help and figure it out, apologized and said that the order was canceled and the money would return to you in a couple of minutes. As a result, they just stopped responding and reacting, I'm trying to return the money through the bank. The second time, the store did not have everything that was specified in the order. They brought what they had, but paid for the full order. Bottom line: tech support is silent and ignore me. I'm also trying to return it through the bank.I do not recommend this service. You will lose time, money and nerves.
