Description
HIV/HCV Education is a tool that health educators/ providers can use with patients or that patients can use on their own. The focus is educating newly diagnosed patients about human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and hepatitis C (HCV) including risk factors, prevention, transmission, testing and treatment. Developed by UT Health San Antonio, the patient focused app provides information that is easy to read and understand and integrates teach-back questions to test knowledge gained from the app.
