I really love this game but will avoid spending too much cash. I lost progress and the customer support was no hope. After writing this review they reached out and tried to help with my request too. I managed to solve it myself and will give them a star for an effort, but feeling hopeless when facing an issue, after spending quite a lot of cash on a product seems very low quality.
