Description

An app to help you navigate your own recovery, or to make it easier to work with supportive friends/family/professionals

My MH Buddy App is mainly for people with mental health problems/autism (whether diagnosed or otherwise). Its main function is to help you and/or anyone involved in your care (including supportive family or friends) to monitor your mental health. You can choose out of a comprehensive list of options, the things you would like to track (such as mood, eating, alcohol/drugs, OCD, unusual experiences such as hearing voices, etc.). After a while you will have built up enough data for the graphs and charts on the home screen and the trend data to be useful to see how you are progressing.

There are also other features such as communication cards for when you are struggling to speak, a hospital passport screen, urge timers, sober timers, lists of distractions and gratitudes, etc.

I really hope this app helps someone. I have written it while detained in hospital and it has helped me a lot to create it!
