Terrible app, poor service
I'm glad for visiting Georgia and living in Tbilisi.
However, ecom services and magti particularly is terrible. App is almost unusable, slow, crashes. Some toggles are super buggy.
There is no online support and they suggest to communicate with them via email. Response time is 1 day minimum.
This is absolutely unacceptable. You should hire team of devs and make app usable ... 🤦
Too bad for modern apps
I wonder why app doesn’t work on wifi. I just can enter it by switching to mobile internet. More over it can’t remember me and I always need to login.
Overall the app works very slow & sometimes crashes.
