You cannot be charged instantly since we don't have any subscription that can charge you immediately. We are using Apple's subscription system that lets you use every feature of the app for free in the first 3 days. It is impossible to get charged during this process. Can you please share us screenshots when you downloaded the app and Apple charged your credit card to "support@thepbstudios.co"? You can find those dates from tapping on your profile at Apple App Store app. Both of dates are displayed clearly, we are waiting your screenshots to resolve your problem. Have a great day.
