A waiter gives prompt and precise recommendations to guests based on dish details and photos. After the order is entered, the waiter sends it to the kitchen and, if necessary, specifies a priority—which items to cook first and which ones can wait. The waiter tracks the order cooking status and, when the dishes are ready, instantly picks them up in the kitchen. When the guests ask for the bill, the waiter sends it for printing on the go.
Key features:
• Order status tracking — monitor if the order is created, in process, ready for pickup, or already served to customers.
• Table booking — select tables on a visual floor plan, take pre-payments and pre-orders.
• Interactive seating — place guests at a virtual table and assign an avatar to each of them, so that waiters keep track of who ordered what.
• Customer preferences — modify orders by adding a steak doneness or a sauce, write comments to the kitchen, say, “no onion, please”.
• Discount card scanning—without leaving the table, just with your smartphone camera. The discount or bonus points will be awarded automatically.
• All types of order operations — split bills, swap tables and dishes, etc.
• Marking dishes as 86 items — with indications of available serving quantities.
• Staff motivation — salary, bonuses, sales plans, and badges for achievements or faults.
• Different themes — dark mode for dimly lit places, light mode for daytime. This means no eye fatigue for your staff.
