Не заменили бесплатно Visa Gold, чип которой перестал работать после 3 лет эксплуатации. Просто закрыли карту и предложили выпустить новую. Оплаченный период по закрытой карте не пошёл в зачёт новой услуги. Банк просто поставил 5 месяцев себе на прибыль. Не рекомендую.

Very Basic app
For a multi million $ company, this app is poor in functionality. A look at the competition (bank of georgia) and one can notice many missing features like :
- No Splitting bills.
- No Extensive debit card information like ccv and full card number in app.
- Missing money request functionality
- No live customer support chat
- No notifications for transactions
- No overdraft for multi currency transactions and automatic currency conversion with straight up scamming rates
- No option to see balance in USD, balance is converted to GEL and slapped everywhere in the app
- Poor UI with confusing and useless menus
- “Blocked amount” ???? Get rid of this confusing thing
