Introducing important updates:
-wKey Magic. With the wKey smart key enabled, you no longer need to scan the QR to start your ride. Walk up to your Whoosh bike, hit both brakes for 2 seconds and start. This is a free feature available on the Go and Win levels of the loyalty program.
-The long-awaited minutes package. Buy minutes for a day, a week or a month and don't pay for a unlock.

Упс, что-то пошло не так
Напишу отзыв так же информативно, как приложение мне уже который раз не дает арендовать самокат и не показывает самокаты на карте:

Разберитесь уже пожалуйста
Ужасный сервис, неадекватная поддержка
Взял самокат, но не смог им пользоваться поскольку блок замка не снимался. Попробовал закрыть поездку, но приложение не позволяло это сделать требуя чтобы я отвез самокат на стоянку (это при блокированном то замке) Написал в поддержку ответа не последовало в течение нескольких часов. Счет за услугу при этом продолжал расти. Пришлось взять самокат и буквально в руках тащить его до стоянки, но даже когда он оказался на стоянке приложение не определяло это и не закрывало поездку насчитывая мне деньги за услугу. Я потратил время и испортил себе настроение от такого, но самое неприятное произошло когда получил ответ службы поддержки. Они написали что «техническим причинам» не могут отменить оплату сведя её к нулю и попросили оплатить поездку что бы якобы потом пересчитать как-то минимально. Я получил очень плохой опыт, не получил услуги, за что мне следует платить пусть даже минимальную сумму?

Если поездка не состоялась, вы не должны оплачивать её. Ведь услуга с нашей стороны была не оказана. Извините, что подвели. Если столкнулись с подобной ситуацией, то поставьте аренду на паузу и напишите нам в чат приложения или группу во ВКонтакте vk.com/whooshbikeru — поможем завершить её. А тащить самокат не стоит, он тяжелый. Отправьте на feedback@whoosh.bike скриншот отзыва и номер или почту аккаунта. Мы проверим поездку и разберёмся, что пошло не так
