This is a scam
I can't cancel my subscription and it keeps charging me at a higher frequency than once a month.
I'm very dissatisfied with the financial support team because I've emailed them twice and they don't respond.
I'm getting the impression that this is a scam.

Can’t cancel subscription
I’m trying canceling subscription but i can’t, After cancellation it is still active

Hi there! We’re sorry to hear that you’ve decided to cancel your subscription. Please know that your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you purchased through the App Store (Apple): Go to your device’s settings, tap your Apple ID, select "Subscriptions," find Wiser, and tap "Cancel Subscription."
If you purchased through Google Play: Open the Google Play Store, go to "Subscriptions," select Wiser, and choose "Cancel."
If you purchased through the Wiser website: Log into your account at wiserapp.co. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” button to reset it.
Once logged in, click “Cancel your subscription” and follow the steps to cancel. After canceling, you’ll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
