手機應用程式功能包括「擁抱健康」中醫平台由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金撥款捐助啟動，由香港浸會大學 ‒ 賽馬會中醫疾病預防與健康管理中心開發，所擁有的功能除了提供可靠的中醫健康知識，讓市民方便地瞭解、認識中醫。市民更可利用此平台記錄健康狀況，掌握自身健康變化，並及時與中醫師溝通諮詢。此程式將長遠幫助市民持續地關注健康，達到共同管理健康的目的。
