Description
AR Assistance is an application that supports technical personnel in installation, supervision, maintenance, and training contexts.
This mobile application makes it possible for field operators and remote technicians to communicate via audio-video sharing in real-time, combined with an augmented reality technology developed by Pikkart that takes screenshots and recognizes hands and objects superimposed on the asset.
This software also allows you to intervene on the acquired picture by drawing, writing and highlighting.
The goal of this application is to optimize communication processes between the various technicians involved in technical maintenance, training, etc.
