Electronic payment
I suggest you add electronic payment ( MTN MoMo, Vodacash and AirtelTigo cash) to the app. So that reconnecting of decoder becomes easy. Because you need to call an agent to pay through his/her MoMo account before you can be reconnected. Which is stressful. Please do well to do so. So a customer can renew his/her decoder easily through cashless payment. Thank you
Connexion impossible
On me dit que je ne suis pas autorisé à accéder à cette page lorsque je veux me connecter sur l’application 😡😡…plus de 5 tentatives. Jusqu’à même j’ai du désinstaller et réinstaller mais sans succès !!!
Problème de connexion
Cette application est vraiment médiocre
La qualité du service laisse à désirer. On me dit que le nombre d’utilisateurs maximum est atteint pourtant j’ai modifié le mot de passe mais on me dis toujours la même chose
