New update
I honestly love using Canva to create my flyer and menus. My only issue is with the new update. I was prompted to update it yesterday, so I didn’t. After the update the app kept crashing, when you click on the image to edit it doesn’t it rather selects all the item in that box. It wasn’t like that before the update. I’m using it on iPhone 8.

New Update crashes app.
As a user of this app for more than 5 years now, this is the first time I am having this issue. I was prompted to update my app yesterday(by being refused access to the app) and for 36 hours now after updating it, I have still not been granted entry. The page stays on the blue, green, cyan, purple background for 5 minutes and then exits the app. This new update has rendered the app practically useless and caused an inconvenience for me since that is the only app I use for my editing and designs.
I am currently using it on an iPhone 6. Kindly fix these bug issues so I can go back to using the app. Thank you.

One year subscription paid but no access to pro features
After paying for a years subscription Canva has logged me out of pro features althiugh my subscription end in feb 2022. customer service can’t seem to find a solution! I honestly feel cheated! Need a refund
