I just started using chipper cash not long ago but it’s the best so far. Payments and withdrawals don’t delay
But it would be great if you add option so that users can choose to save their money in other currencies like dollars or euros so when exchange rate changes, they benefit or they run at loss

Very dishonest and non transparent service. You’ll suffer before you get your money out

I have been using Chipper Cash for 4-5 months now , in all That time till date these are the issues I fave everyday

1. Gross level of dishonesty and lack of transparency on the exact time of day I can cash out my money : everyday you need to be on the look out like a vigilante to get your money out; thé service is not reliable at all for transaction more than 5000 cedis

2. They keep reducing cashout limit without any notice: till today they state on the app that daily limit is 30,000 cedis a day, barely 4000 works daily

3. They count reversals\ unsuccessful cashout as a completed cash out; making it difficult to cashout and highly unreliable for business owners

4. The support team does not attempt to resolve issues or no respond on time: dispute resolution take more than 5 working days to resolve . That is catastrophic for our business operations

5. They disable adding of cash onto wallet.

6. They're not reliable.

SCAMMERS! STEER CLEAR!!!

Hello everyone, simple advice STAY AWAY FROM CHIPPER CASH. At this moment, they’re simply scammers, maybe they had integrity during their inception, but now they’ve joined the stereotypes. I performed a transaction almost 2 weeks now, it returned an error, only for me to perform it again, returning the same error, to my surprise I was debited both times. After reporting the issue, a promise of refund within 24 hours became 48h, then 72h, and at this point no longer under consideration. Even the threat of defamation didn’t seem to faze them. So tell me are you willing to become another victim? The one-star I’m leaving is from lack of nothing lesser 😡🤬
