Downloaded this app only yesterday and easily paid my Ghana Water bill with breeze after a very easy registration process. I hope more services come on stream. Can’t wait to pay hospital bills and others and others on this app….Forward Ever!!!

I would like to express my appreciation for the application, as it has been beneficial to me as a user. However, I would like to propose a feature that would allow users to change their profile photo after initially using facial recognition during the signup process. The current facial recognition photo often results in an unflattering profile picture.Furthermore, I believe it would be more efficient to streamline the login process to a single step using the Gh ID or creating a password, rather than the current two-step process which requires both Gh ID and phone number.Thank you for considering these suggestions.

The app is nice but there has to be a way to change ur profile picture, some of us didnt know how it works and some pictures droped there is not nice, so there has to be update of profile photos… thank you

This is one of the best payment apps I’ve ever used so far. Great work done. Please I want you to allowing editing in the Certificate Option under “Add Personal Records” thank you
