HOW TO GET STARTED
To connect your account, log in to FC24 on your console or PC. Then:
o Go to Ultimate Team mode and create your Ultimate Team Club
o Create a Ultimate Team Security Question and Answer on your Console or PC
o Log in to your EA Account from the FC24 Companion App on your compatible mobile device
This app is available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Brazilian-Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Polish, Arabic, Mexican-Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Danish, Swedish, Portuguese, and Czech.
Requires acceptance of EA’s Privacy & Cookie Policy and User Agreement. Requires an Internet connection (network fees may apply). Requires FC24 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PC, or Stadia (sold separately) and an EA Account to play. Must be 13 or older to obtain an EA account. Fresh bug
Developers please take a look into this issue, I don’t think it happens to only me. When solving SBC’s, when you’re trying to add a player and also try to switch player detail numbers at the top right, the app freezes
App Crashes
I’ve been using the companion app a lot since Fifa 20. One issue has persisted throughout. The app crashes(freezes) when you switch through views on a card. Same thing thing happens at random when you click on a card to say apply a consumable or compare price or even list on the transfer market. In fact, the app is so glitched after several updates to it. I don’t understand why.
Keeps me logged out
The app keeps telling me I’ve signed in to my account on my console so I should deactivate it whiles I’ve logged out
