Payment Pending
This app is good I’ve been using it for a long time now but I made a transfer to GCB bank account since 24th of February and the money didn’t reflect in the bank account I called you people several times but you only tell me you are working on it till now the money is still pending please do something about it for me.
Great app & wonderful customer service
Have been using the app for several months now and must say i am really impressed with the ease of use and reliability. Transaction fees for mobile money are 0.5% more expensive than with my ecobank mobile app but I still do expresspay knowing I can rely on good customer care when there is a problem! So pls don’t get complacent & stop giving the good service because the day u do is the day we leave. O, & a further downward review of mobile money transaction fees will be fantastic 😀. Efficient but poor customer service
ExpressPay has helped lot of us to get around in hard times; yet I don’t see the reason why it’s advertised as free but something needs to be paid again. What’s the use of you taking a commission from money I’m sending to someone when the person is going to pay another commission to receive? Those petty fees and charges need to be revised. And your customer service team is just so ineffective. Why do you have the numbers there for us to call if you’re not going to answer. Please check these things. Moreover sending mobile money from the banks is free so why charge?
