Fix the problem with your apps
For the past weeks now I’ve not been able to use or made any transactions with my apps, I visited one of your branches in KUMASI and I was told the new iOS does not support iPhones and it’s been worked on but till now it’s still the same, when it happens this way it makes some simple things very difficult for some of your clients. And if care is not taken most of us will have to go bck to our previous banks. Please fix this problem
The new app update is.....
I tried to login to my app account and it said I needed to update, didn’t want to but to do any transaction it kept insisting so I updated it... and my fears came to be... I try to do a transaction and the app keeps going off on its own... I mean.... 😒😒😒😒, is this the bug fix you talked a about, please either fix or go back to the old one cos this one .... 😏😏😏😏😏😏
This App is very good. With the new look, it’s very attractive. The graphics and design is awesome. Also you can now see the recipient name when transferring money from your account to a wallet. The problem is with mine, it keeps quitting when I open the app. Kindly check with the iPhone users with the new IOS. Thanks
