The App is okay but I think it’s too sensitive Yesterday I mistakenly put in wrong password only once yet my account was blocked though by right it was supposed to be 3 attempts of wrong password before customer could be blocked but my case was only once
Good customer care service
I made calls from here in Ghana to ur customer service and I am so pleased with the fast response to my gtb app issues. It’s resolved now. Am impressed❤️❤️
Terrible bank
GTBank, I literally live OUTSIDE of Nigeria, I’ve been using the old app for years and had no issues until I was forced to download this one which is asking for details I no longer have. Token, card and all that, why can’t you guys just let your customers continue using the service they’ve known for years ? Why frustrate us who ain’t in Nigeria anymore ? Do I’ve to come home to fix it ? This is just terrible
