I had to start afresh😡

I changed my phone and downloaded the game again and sign in with my Facebook account as I did before only to find out I have lost the previous level I was to start from the beginning. This is absolutely unfair. There is no way am starting from level one

IMMEDIATE CHANGES TO BE MADE!!!!

From all the reviews I’ve read so far it’s easy to say people love this game but then there are things to look into to make the game even better. And these changes need to be done immediately not after 10years.
1. The increase of stars and coins after a super hard or hard level. It’s super super annoying to play one particular game for days or even weeks and only get one star after completing it. Like really?. Please something needs to be done about this.
2. The increase of moves in a game. Some moves are really just impossible to complete a game with. It’s really frustrating and annoying also thats why a person can be on one stage for weeks because there are just not enough moves to finish.
3. The time it takes to refill lives should be lessened to at least 30mins to 1hr. To get one “life” takes a whole 30mins for just one life? It’s quite unfair and annoying to have to wait that long for just 1 refill. Let the lives be filled back quickly so people can enjoy playing the game.
So far so good these are the 3 major aspects to look into and change IMMEDIATELY to ensure people like me dont uninstall your game/app. Thank you.

I love Homescapes

I think you should increase the coins received after winning a game.
Because if I want extra live I have to buy it for 900 but after the game you give me maybe 50. It very unfair
The event that takes place are very interesting but the energy given is too small. Some you feel like playing but you get to a point and the energy required is high.
The merging event is a very nice game. My favorite but some of the items their requirements are too much and when you finally get it they produce just few of the items and you have to start all over again.
