WhatsApp Business enables you to have a business presence on WhatsApp, communicate more efficiently with your customers, and help you grow your business.
If you have separate business and personal phone numbers, you can have both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger installed on the same phone, and register them with different numbers.
In addition to the features available in WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business includes:
• BUSINESS PROFILE: Create a profile for your business to help your customers find valuable information — like your website, location, or contact information.
• BUSINESS MESSAGING TOOLS: Be more responsive to your customers by using Away messages to indicate that you're away.
• LANDLINE/FIXED NUMBER SUPPORT: You can use WhatsApp Business with a landline (or fixed) phone number and your customers can message you on that number. During verification, select the “Call me” option to receive the code over a phone call.
• RUN BOTH WHATSAPP MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS: You can use both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each app must have its own unique phone number.
• WHATSAPP WEB: You can more efficiently respond to your customers right from your computer's browser.
WhatsApp Business is built on top of WhatsApp Messenger and includes all the features that you rely on, such as the ability to send multimedia, free calls*, free international messaging*, group chat, offline messages, and much more.

WhatsApp Inc should also consider adding a feature that can generate a link to every WhatsApp status update so that if someone asks you to send a status update you have the choice to generate a link and send or send the whole picture or video (which can sometimes be long and big in size for which network issues can delay sending)
WhatsApp would become more handy and smarter including quick link generators like this and you will be even more popular. Thanks

Thank you so much for creating this app. I’m here to see if these few suggestions are possible as it’ll make the app better:
1. Anyone that automatically saves your number and chats you, can see your status without you having to save the numbers. Cos I’ve got close to 5,000 numbers on my line which is tiring and some I forget to save. It’ll help business owners with large clients base. [ps: You can make an option button to allow the owner restrict or allow a particular client from viewing their status. ]
2. Please allow us to view the total number of ppl that see our status. Even if we hv those that have their read receipts off, at least let’s just know the full number cos we can only tell the full number of ppl that view our status and have their read receipts on. For those that hv their read receipts off, you don’t need to show us they viewed our status but at least we should be able to tell 1023 people with read receipts on viewed our status but in total, we also know that 5,000 ppl viewed the status including those with read receipts off. I don’t know if this explanation is understandable, lol.
3. Allow clients to review business on WhatsApp, this review can be optional like you do on Facebook. Owners can turn it off or turn it on SHA. It’ll help reduce scammers

Hello, I'm totally in love with whatsapp business features that enables you to label customers per their order or status of their order. I run an e-commerce business which allows me to label customers to get back to, pending delivery, etc., all of which is unavailable on Instagram, sad much.i wish that could be incorporated on ig. I also love the catalog part, and hoping that'll be introduced to ig sooner. I'd wish that I can have the option to slash the catalog prices based on discounts so customers can see the before and after prices. Like a red stroke marking out the old price and reflecting the new price. Whatsapp biz needs to introduce status watch to anyone who saves your number and not having to save their numbers. Because it's quite contact heavy to save all customers numbers to enable them view your status. Thanks
