As a DStv customer you can enjoy all of these features on the DStv app.
- Watch it as it happens, tune in and start live streaming selected TV channels via 3G/4G or WIFI.
- Missed it live, catch it later by watching a selection of the most popular shows, sport highlights, and movies on Catch Up.
- Don’t want to use mobile data to watch shows or movies, download up to 25 videos on Catch Up while on WIFI to enjoy offline later across 4 mobile devices.
- Want your own experience based on the sport, shows and movies you like to watch, setup up to 6 profiles to personalise each family members viewing experience.
- Want to plan your viewing in advance, add Catch Up items to your watchlist to come back to later or access the full 8-day TV Guide and set reminders to arrange your viewing.

Streaming problems
When i stream other channels i don’t have buffering issues. But supersport 3 and 2 buffers all the time, I can’t stream for 2mins straight without getting interruption. Kindly Fix this bug it’s been going on since last year. I have been installing all the new updates and non seem to correct this issue.

Authentication issues
I have tried severally to link my account to the app, but none has been successful. I keep getting an error that says i should check my internet connection, but i know my internet connection is just fine.
I tried linking my account on the website. That too didn’t work and kept asking me to try again after a few minutes due to a server error. But on all occasions of trying again, i received an OTP via sms. Now, when i try again, i am told that i have exhausted my OTP chances.
This is pretty frustrating, and I’d be glad to get some help here, because anytime i talk to the customer care on live chat, they take my details and tell me they’ll pass it on.
I don’t hear from them anyways.

Device doesn’t connect after password reset
My DSTV Now app was working fine until I changed my password. Now, it is only working on my computer but not on the app on my phone. Please fix this. I have seen many complaints about this issue but it is yet to be resolved
