Problem with new update??

I recently installed the new update onto my mobile device (iPhone x) and now I cannot get access to some publications like magazines and the meeting workbooks as well as some media. Another brother with (iPhone 6) also complained of the same issue... Please, kindly check this out for us. Thank you for all your effort in making this app very user friendly. May Jehovah reward you for every sacrifice you make to promote the kingdom good news.

CAN'T ACCESS THE JW LIBRARY APP

First of all, thank you for your efforts of such an amazing app that helps us to study more about our Heavenly Father and get more closer to him. May Jehovah God keep giving you strength and pour his blessings on you.

My problem is, I can't access the JW LIBRARY APP, on my Apple IPad 4. I recently encountered same problem, But when I updated it on 15 December 2018, it started working for me. But as I'm talking now the problem has started again, i can't open the app, I'm afraid to uninstall and reinstall it because I have downloaded a couple of videos, publications and also have notes on the library. Please assist me to solve it.

Bible reading

It will be good to have a bible reading schedule that can be read sequentially(1 year, 2 years up to5 years reading of the Bible from cover to cover), chronologically, thematically( reading from different section of the scriptures each day in a weekly cycle), by reading by the date of completion, or by reading each day a portion from the Hebrew–Aramaic and Greek scriptures in the JW LIBRARY app. Thanks for your hard work may Jehovah keep blessing you for your hard work.
