Problem wIth Downloads

I just reached the desert (chapter 2) but the moment it start downloading it goes back to the jungle again please you need to fix it now because I just can’t continue playing am just stacked
And waiting for you guys to fix it now please 🙏 I need to continue

This is annoying

I’ve completed all the missions about a year ago and decided to play again because I love this game but I can’t play the other chapters so I updated and it didn’t work so I also uninstalled and reinstalled again but still the same problem. It just brings you back to the jungle. Can’t open the desert or any other other chapters.

How come I can’t connect to Facebook anymore?

I’ve been playing this games for years now and I recently had my phone stolen, got a new one and downloaded it again and I can’t connect to Facebook anymore. Had made so much progress and collected a lot of coins, gems, weapons and more.
