Description
The NEDCo App Version 3.0.0 allows users to purchase power seamlessly from their mobile devices.
NEDCo Power App allows users to Manage Prepaid and Postpaid meters. Payment can be made to pay bill for Postpaid meters or to top up Prepaid meters. User can view past transactions and its status in History. Complaints can be logged about faults and billing.

I don’t know but this nedco app keeps on putting me in trouble,, any time I will buy power it will never come then I will check my history and will always see uncredited. I have made payments on my meter 3 times but the same results. Please nedco app can u guys do something about that problem!!

Please is there anyone we can contact when we experience challenges when buying power from the app..
I have bought power over 12 hours now but it’s still uncredited how can I get my money back or whom should I report it to?

The app keeps telling me to upgrade when I hit on the update button it is unresponsive. Please work on that
