Orders do not reflect in real-time
I ordered a pizza and made payment immediately yet 30 mins later it was still saying queued on the app and when I called the store, they said that the order had not been submitted on their side and I need to send message to number. This is really disappointing for an online delivery app as I ended up waiting for an hour for my pizza.
