Description
Simply download Ruum to a tablet and connect it with the Google calendar of your meeting room.
It shows in a charming way if and how long the meeting room is available or busy.
You can book the room directly in the app!
Ruum allows a seamless integration into your company, you can use your logo and your background of desire, you can even choose between several fonts.
Your privacy gets respected, therefore all data is stored locally.
The settings are located in the top right corner, the icon is invisible, nothing and no one should distract your corporate touch.
For energy saving reasons, the tablet screen gets dimmed for a customizable night period.
