Needs a pop out function
The content is great but the app needs a pop out function so that I can check messages & do other things on my phone while my show is still running on the screen. It’s one of my favourite features of the Netflix app.

Account sharing
Why is that you can’t share the account with a different person with the same package that I have authorized or assign to but the account on the app that I shared with a love one keeps asking that person to subscriber for a new package or a different package WHY?
but I’m in other words when I was signing up the account at the beginning you guys stated that the account can be shared to five(5) different people with the same subscription I Activated earlier so PLEASE WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT THIS TIME ROUND?
I NEED ANSWERS THANK YOU 🙏

Hi there, on a standard plan you can link up to 5 devices and 2 of the devices can stream at the same time. The person you are sharing with needs to ensure they are signing in using the email you subscribed with, should the issue persist you may chat to us here https://chat.showmax.com/

What does the download expire and you can’t renew but re download like how it’s done on Netflix… in Ghana we don’t have stable connection in some regions so we download before we watch most of the series…so please extend the days or let’s renew without downloading like how it’s done on Netflix…thanks
