Why will you lock my account without asking what I did to the person who reported... meanwhile I haven’t done anything wrong.... if the pets doesn’t like my content then why don’t you remove the person from my page then but instead snap decided to lock my account permanently and upon doing that snap has engaged in identity theft....you didn’t save my videos...you locked my account...why?if the person doesn’t like my content just remove them from my account instead you locked my account,why....? And I’m trying to write to you and you are saying you don’t receive replies..? I have lots of my videos and information there unlock my account snap!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lock on voice notes
hello team snapchat, thank you for all your good work and making snapchat the best out there, there is a little suggestion i would like to make, my suggestion is you should add lock feature when recording voice notes because sometimes it gets very frustrating, you can be in the middle of making a voice note and then when your phone screen lights times out the voice note’s automatically stops recording, if you had been recording for almost a minute or two and it got cancelled it means you have to remake the voice note again, it happens to me 2 or 3 times before i can get a voice note across. please fix that, and also if you could add a feature where you can edit already sent messages it would make the app even more easier and user friendly.
