They have the worst delivery system ever. Very terrible delivery system and very unprofessional staff. It’s the same with the customer care, terrible. Do not order anything from them if you need the item urgently or within a week or two. You could have your item delivered even a month later. Always choose to pay on delivery. Apart from the delivery system and the customer care ( staff), the app is alright.

1. Goods take 8 months to a year to arrive even though the estimated time of arrival given on the app is far less
2. Refund for your own money is a struggle and declaration of war .if they do infact refund you they put it in your wallet on the app ( I didn’t get the item refund me you put it in the app that I should use it to buy another item I won’t receive ? Revisiting the same hideous and hectic cycle with them )
3. Bad customer reps. They hardly reply to your texts and when you call they ask you to text them . You have to be persistent and show a little madness before they take you seriously
4. If and when your goods will be delivered it is done nicely and swiftly no stress . However until recently a new delivery person was to deliver an item to me and I was shocked at the manner she went about everything. On top of insults she told me she can’t come to my house so I better meet her at a junction and when I took too long to get there she told me I am unserious and when I become serious I can call her for my item and drove off. Note delivery is not free

This app is extremely bad. I bought three items and one came in horrible condition and I applied for a refund which was accepted. Then after a few days the order was canceled saying the other two were out of stock. So if they weren't available why were they listed on the app then and I was made to pay for them? Then I was told I'll be given a refund for that. I was called by their customer service which is very unprofessional by the way to confirm my mobile money number and was told I'll be sent the money that day. That was in March and now it's August and I haven't received a dime! Whenever I called back the number that called me I can't seem to get through. The WhatsApp line doesn't reply either and the app text line as well. This app is run by thieves honestly, I should have listened to the reviews here but I was in such a hurry at the time I found the app smh.
