Ratings and Reviews
Driver app delay or errors in paying arrears.
Most drivers who pay their arrears via mobile payment always have issues. Either the payment pages does not respond or even after payment it takes more than 48hours for this to reflect. How are drivers who are willing to work the next day, proceed to work? When the app keeps preventing them because the payment hasn't reflected. If you can provide a payment system that is swift and prompt that will help a-lot of us and in the long run help uber and easy access to arrears as well.
Package issues
I have been complaining a lot about package orders and all I hear in the feedback is we have disassociated you from the ride. Which I think doesn’t solve the problem because when you back the rider from me, my other drivers will face such issues and will be from one other driver to other driver...
When you received a package requested and you get to the pickup they delay before the package is given to you, secondly when you arrive at the destination, the app ends the trip and all your waiting there for the package to be received becomes waste..
Please when we get to the destination please adjust the app and charge for waiting so that they will put a stop to wasting our time. when ever they get to know there is something like that they will put a stop to their actions.. because one problem we have with the app is that when it comes to the package request the system charges ones and for all... that is the reason why they take advantage of our services to them...
Review your ride charges
Why do you want to take your percentage commission intact but refuse to give us what is due us the drivers? What happened to waiting time during a ride? What happened to traffic waiting charges? What happened to increase in fares when fuel prices hike? We drive long distances to pickup your riders who request our services but we take very little. If you’re not ready to add charges, why do you send 10-25 minutes requests to drivers and expect them to accept such requests? We have rights and grievances to share with you. Not because you the CEOs were once riders who needed service of a driver so you create something only to favor riders without considering drivers. How come other commercial vehicles have increased fares but uber refused to do same to pay its drivers?
