Welcome to Jamie Gillooly Fitness! Moving my body makes me a better wife, mom, & friend. My mission is to connect people together, motivate through movement and create an atmosphere that encourages others to grow & thrive.
By joining my “Fit Fam” Community you gain access to a friendly, welcoming group of advocates who are going through the same challenges we all face: balancing life, family, work, and everything in between! Stay motivated throughout the year with my diverse Movement Challenges. Set your own pace as a member of my Fit Fam, participating in as much or as little as you need. My workouts are designed to give you full-body conditioning throughout the week and a natural way to boost your energy! If you’re not able to attend the livestream workouts or if you want some extra training, you can choose from over 100 on-demand workouts in the fitness library. These videos include a considerable range of exercise types: Strength, HIIT, Core, Barre, Flexibility, and much more! New videos are added to the app monthly, so your on-demand options never end.
