Instead of giving the option "Ask app not to track" for any personal information they ask for each and every partnership they have with a company to sell your details to them if you agree or not.
The list though is more than 400 companies and you have to go on an unending line of companies to provide your approval or not which is insane!
I will report this to Apple Appstore and hopefully have the bwin sportfm application removed from the Appstore until they comply with the GRPR regulations and make the choice simpler.
