We’ve used the home delivery service multiple times and were surprisingly satisfied. The app is updated regularly and is quite user friendly

While the app is good the filters are very primitive and the search many times doesn’t show all the available products! Many times the stock of the products and the delivery slots change very fast, one time almost all the fruits and vegetables I had in my basket went out of stock in a couple of minutes!

Credit card payments don’t work

Credit card payments don’t work with alpha bank credit cards. Tried at least 5 times every time I place an order during the last 2 years almost and it never works. You have to go to the website from a desktop to complete the payment. It is a shame because otherwise the app is good.
