No Customer Support - No Restoring Purchase

I downloaded this app to my phone and accidentally paid the full year’s subscription, as it isn’t made clear that the price is broken down monthly but must be paid upfront. I would not have minded, if the app actually worked. This could be the fault of my TV, because I followed all the relevant app instructions. I decided to use the “Restore Purchase” option, which is the only button on the app that literally doesn’t do anything. I reached out to support 3 times and did not get any response. As a person who works in customer support, I am mainly disappointed in the lack of assistance, since the software seems to be working fine for most people.

Bad

It’s work for a few days and then it stops. I don’t recommend it for anyone who wants to download it.
