Description
The 6144 is an Audio Unit and Inter App Audio equalizer which aims to recreate the legendary sound of the Neve hardware EQs. It will add that extra shimmer to your sound already when being added to a track flat, without turning any knobs, due to its carefully designed higher harmonic generation algorithm. Now start turning the knobs on any of the five bands and you'll be amazed: it's really possible to add copious amounts of gain without ever sounding harsh, at all. The 6144 has been a not-so-secret weapon for audio engineers in the desktop realm for some years already, and is now finally available as an iOS plugin for use in an Audio Unit or Inter App Audio compatible host.

Oh my goodness!!!
I couldn’t resist the idea of trying something that looked so promising and said what the heck in worst case scenario I would have another eq. BUT this is unbelievable good!!! Even with just passing audio thru it it is so nice! Then everything you touch and turn it just makes the sound BETTER! Even when going nuts with gain nothing distorts (well in bad way but just so pleasing). TOTALLY RECOMMENDED. I will buy everything they put out and I hope they will give us many many high quality effects for my beloved IOS platform! I totally dropped Windows and fell in love with GarageBand, appleloops and AUV3! Please support developers like this one here. We need them stay alive and kicking!
