you must ban an account only you have in your hands some undoubtedly proof of an inappropriate using of an account, that is not happening in any case For example , you must not right according your terms and conditions and any law in EU to be banned an account being used in a smartphone and in different time in a pc!! Which terms rule out something like that? At least in low gamer levels you lead the gaming by the hand, using fake gamers and accounts that belong to your company! And the worst is that these fake opponents play cheto game in order to win their opponents! Please take care of above themes because you should take us as idiots…
Nice game, but…
I really like the game and I have been playing for 3 years now. The graphics are perfect and everything is well made. But!
1. If you don’t pay for cues, cash, pool passes etc, you certainly don’t have many chances in winning. I have noticed lately that there are times when I can keep a win streak of 10 games but if I start playing again some hours later, I can’t even win a single game even though I am playing good.
2. The prizes and ridiculous. I have NEVER earned more than 500 coins in the Spin and Win. Also, a huge disappointment for me were the Win Streak events where you have removed all the great prizes you had in the past and replaced them will some coins and some useless credits. I would be more than willing to pay for a pool pass if I had the motivation, but with those ridiculous prizes, I would rather not.
3. I was playing in the Ruby league and I was placed 60 in the ranking. I was opting to retain my red badge and there were 70hours left. But, when I logged in, you relegated me without any explanation even though the week hasn’t ended yet!
Please make the game better because you are losing users.
