Can’t get back my package
Hello I had made an order of Yeezy 350 v2 and I while I was out for the holidays ups made 3 attempts to deliver in two days and as I arrived today January 4th I called them in order to go get my package and they informed me that the same package was sent to returns just an hour earlier and there was nothing they could do.I then called adidas support and they said that they couldn’t do anything and that I was going to get a refund. Now I understand that you’ll probably say the same thing but that was supposed to be my Christmas gift and I liked those shoes very much. If there is anything you can do please let me know

You cannot insert a phone number so when they send you the package if your address is a lot of letters they can’t find you and they send the package back
