Purchased the premium plan , created some notebooks and then I wanted to delete those folders and couldn’t even if they were deleted they appear again. Later I wrote some text through voice , then the application quit unexpectedly and when I open it the texts and my two notebooks were deleted. Send an email to their support and still no response. Is this the kind of support you are advertising? What about our money ?
