user friendly but still needs work in service processes
In city selection someone would expect, apart from the simple search field, a drop down list with ready to select names in order to select your city. This would be even more convenient!
In departure/return date selection, a timeband field could be also added. There may be easily several results, and because the area to present them (mobile screen) is limited, you should help users narrow them if they wish!
The presentation of the search results still needs a lot of work! You can easily get over 150 flight suggestions and the way you present them in a limited size screen is deficient! Of course, you have criteria to narrow the results, but i'm talking about the way you present them! As it is now, you are obliged to user more than one criteria in order to browse easily your results!
Overall, you've done a nice work, aesthetics good taken care of, but you still have work to do if you consider that you address your app to a mobile phone user with limited working area and possibly limited resources, i.e. mobile operator's connection etc.
Unreliable
Worst company with such a bad customer service! Their call center works only Monday to Friday till 18:00. You can’t reach them neither by email after 18:00. AND IT’S AN AIR TICKET COMPANY!!!!
Not to mention that I never got my reference number so I can manage my booking, I had to call direct the airline.
The only time they answer my call was after a long long waiting!
App crushes issues
Pls fix bugs for the app...it doesn’t search for the flight that I’m looking for..there is message try again later all the time
