Ceiling lights
I recently purchased ceiling lights from this seller and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The lights arrived promptly and in perfect condition, thanks to the seller's fast shipping. The communication with the seller was seamless; they were quick to respond to my inquiries and ensured that the package was sent out promptly. The quality of the lights exceeded my expectations, and they look fantastic in my home. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience, and I highly recommend this seller to anyone in need of quality lighting fixtures.

If I'm critiquing just the app it's perfectly fine I the way it works, however you have to search to find the best deal. Some sellers are shonky, with ridiculous charges for shipping so beware. Also, they'll say for example 24 colours for x price. You place your order and only receive one item rather than 24. That's not the app, it's the seller, but there should be some way of checking these ads. Postage can be a bit hit and miss. If you live in a remote location (eg Greek Island), postage can be slow. You cant submit a dispute beyond a certain time and if your parcel hasn't arrived and you haven't submitted feedback, they will shut it down so that you can't lodge a dispute ever. Tracking is not consistent all the way through, and itll show item is delivered even in cases where it never arrives. It's rare but if you shop a lot you will see it happen on more than one occasion. It's the main reason I rarely shop here anymore. Like I said though, it's a shoppers delight on here, but beware of the vendor sharks.
Good app, but be aware of scam products.
As an online shopping app, AliExpress does what it’s supposed to do, the problem of most of the times is on the sellers’ side (items may ship extremely late, broken items, not working, not as described, scam/replica items etc) there’s a 3-4/10 chance something like that will happen to you. Of course you can demand for a refund from the seller and if they don’t refund you, aliexpress itself will refund you most of the times, but it ruins your excitement and all the waiting about what you bought. For stuff like cases and accessories, it’s fine. The scam issues appear more frequently on the more “expensive” items. You just have to be careful. If something is too good to be true...
Then it probably is.
