Description
Alpha Safe Access 2.0 is a "software token" application that allows you to access Alpha Online Banking and authorize transactions initiated through it.
Payments authorization is now easier and much more secure with the new Alpha Safe Access 2.0 “software token”. You can also generate the security codes required to authenticate in the Alpha Online Banking application or to authorize transactions.
If your smartphone is temporarily disconnected from the internet, you scan the QR codes displayed on the payment initiation screen of Alpha Online Banking.

Horrible Romanian app!!!
I am a client for years now for Alpha Bank Romania and the online app is absolutely horrible!! The worst experience ever with an app! Although made years ago again several complaints and gave feedback about it hoping that they would take some sort of action, NOTHING changed. Covid came and changed the game globally with every company trying to improve their online and offer better service and experience. Alpha bank Romania is the same horrible app! So opposite to an intuitive and user friendly app and moreover full of errors when you least expect it. I am doing my best to close my accounts in Ro with this bank.
